Proudly rooted in Dutch design, the Signature Collection is thoughtfully conceived and designed in the Netherlands.

The Signature collection is manufactured and assembled in Hong Kong, powered by a Swiss-made movement, and paired with handcrafted exotic leather straps from Vietnam.

Each watch comes with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date indicated on the warranty card included with your timepiece.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, as outlined on the warranty card included with your watch. Any component found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced free of charge by our workshop.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft, normal wear and aging, or damage resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow Sero’s care instructions.

For orders shipped within the Netherlands and the European Union, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are collected by our shipping partner, PostNL, on behalf of customs prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable rates.

If duties or taxes are not paid, the shipment may be returned to us.
