Proudly rooted in Dutch design, the Signature Collection is thoughtfully conceived and designed in the Netherlands.

The Signature collection is manufactured and assembled in Hong Kong, powered by a Swiss-made movement, and paired with handcrafted exotic leather straps from Vietnam.

Each watch comes with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date indicated on the warranty card included with your timepiece.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, as outlined on the warranty card included with your watch. Any component found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced free of charge by our workshop.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft, normal wear and aging, or damage resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow Sero’s care instructions.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

For destinations outside of the European Union, local import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs policies vary by country, we are unfortunately unable to estimate these charges in advance. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If applicable duties or taxes are refused or left unpaid, the shipment may be returned to us.
