All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

For presale orders, production begins after the presale period has ended. As a result, processing time only starts once the watches are ready to ship.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated during the presale and may be updated as production progresses.


 

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


 

Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination, import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs fees may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. They are typically collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

We are unable to estimate these costs in advance.


 

Failed Delivery & Returns

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or failure to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us.

Any resulting shipping, return, or customs costs may be deducted from the refund.


 

Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address.
